Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026.
This policy explains what personal data IVG Vapes collects when you use ivgvapes.co.uk, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It covers this website only.
Who we are
This shop is operated by Love Vaping Ltd, Unit 11-15, Fylde Road Industrial Estate, Preston PR1 2TY, United Kingdom.
[OWNER TO CONFIRM: company registration number, registered office if different from the above, and ICO registration number.]
For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights below, email fazil@vapeandgo.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
When you place an order
We collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address and phone number. We need these to take payment, send your order, and contact you if something goes wrong. The lawful basis is performance of a contract — we cannot complete a sale without them.
We keep order records for six years, because HMRC requires business records to be retained for that long.
Payment details
We do not see, handle or store your card number. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who receives your card details directly. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, and the last few digits of the card for reconciliation.
When you create an account
We store your name, email address and addresses so you do not have to type them again. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.
Age verification
This site sells nicotine products, which cannot lawfully be sold to anyone under 18 in the UK. You are asked to confirm you are 18 or over before browsing. That confirmation is stored in your browser only and is not sent to us.
Analytics and cookies
Essential cookies keep your basket and your session working. They cannot be switched off without breaking the shop, and no consent is required for them.
Analytics are optional and off until you accept them. If you accept, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 — how many people visit, which pages they read, and which products they buy. Google acts as our processor.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised recordings of how pages are used, so we can find layout problems. Clarity masks text input by default.
- Ahrefs Web Analytics — a visitor count that stores nothing on your device: no cookies, no identifiers.
Google Analytics and Clarity run only after you press “Accept analytics” on the cookie banner. Choosing “Essential only” means neither ever loads, and any analytics cookies already set are deleted. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie link in the footer.
Both Google and Microsoft may process this data outside the UK. Those transfers rely on the UK’s international data transfer safeguards.
Emails
We email you about orders you have placed. That is not marketing and you cannot unsubscribe from it, because it is how we tell you what is happening with your order. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Who we share data with
Only where it is needed to run the shop: our payment provider, our delivery carrier, and the analytics providers listed above if you have accepted analytics. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. Email fazil@vapeandgo.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
Some data we cannot delete on request — completed order records must be kept for six years for tax purposes. We will tell you if that applies.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified by email.
